Interim visitation guidelines during COVID-19

 

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact family life in various ways. During this challenging time, many of you keep navigating virtual or in-person visits while ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care. We appreciate your work to maintain family connections and providing children and their parents opportunities to be comforted by each other. Thank you.

 

In an effort to support the health and safety of all involved and in compliance with public health directives, visitation guidelines were modified effective June 22, 2020. All court ordered, in-person monitored/supervised visits will be conducted on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the case-carrying social worker. Keeping in mind the circumstances of each family, in-person visits may not be recommended for every situation.
