Finalizing an Adoption

 

Children and youth in the foster care system come from various backgrounds and range in age from newborn to 21. While many are reunited with their biological parents, loving adoptive parents are needed for children and youth who cannot safely return home. Adopting from foster care not only creates or expands a family, it also gives the stability and security children need in order to thrive.
